"The war has begun!"
The year is 2009. Seoul has become Japan's third largest city. Sakamoto Masayuki, like his father, has become a police officer. He has forgotten his Korean roots and swears allegiance to the Japanese Empire. Meanwhile, an underground Korean resistance movement is set up to fight against Japan. The Japanese authorities put Sakamato and his partner on the case, with the result that Sakamato is confronted with historical facts that he was never aware of.
