Rusty: A Dog's Tale plot

"Never underestimate the brains of a beagle!"

After the death of their parents, Jory and Tess are raised by their grandparents. However, cousin Bart and niece Bertha are after the money from the inheritance that the parents of Jory and Tess have left and therefore want to raise them. The animals of the farm where Jory and Tess live do not just accept this and with the dog Rusty in front they do everything they can to prevent custody from going to the mean Bart and Bertha.
