The Time Shifters plot

Journalist Tom Merrick (Casper Van Dien) discovers the same mysterious man in photos of major disasters, such as the Hindenburg and the Titanic. His investigation leads him to a group of time travelers who visit major disasters for the thrill. Merrick then tries to prevent future disasters, but has to face the consequences.
