Hoogste Tijd plot

Willem 'Uli' Bouwmeester (Rijk de Gooyer) is an old, insignificant revue artist from a famous actor family. He is offered a lead role in a play about an elderly actor who is playing his last major role. During rehearsals he is confronted with the opportunities that life offered him but which he has lost. Yet he turns out to have unexpected talents.
