"Look who Granny's having for dinner."
Following an advertisement for home care, Abby Daniels leaves for a remote farm. But there may be something behind her employer, an elderly woman, whose basement and closed doors seem to hide some unusual hobbies. When Abby breaks the rules by drunkenly bringing her boyfriend in, she finds herself in a veritable nightmare where she must face a group of ruthless meat eaters led by their murderous grandmother.
