"Don't Panic... It only happens once in a... Bloody Moon."
After the mentally unstable Miguel rapes and kills a girl at a masked party, he is admitted to an institution. After years, he is released and placed under the care of his sister. She and her aunt lead an international linguistics course on the Costa del Sol. When Miguel becomes fascinated by one of the students, the misery starts all over again.
