England, 1943. Shortly after Operation La Plage, which killed hundreds of soldiers, Canadian Major Jamie Wilson submits a new plan to the Royal Navy: Operation White Dog. He wants to ram the dock in Le Claire with a destroyer, assisted by torpedo boats. The Germans there repair and resupply their ships with which they sink the British fleet...
