Captain America plot
"As the entire world teetered on the brink of global destruction, there arose a man unlike any other...a man who personified truth and justice and all the hopes of mankind. They called him Captain America."
During World War II, Private Steven Rogers voluntarily undergoes an experiment that is supposed to give him superpowers. The test succeeds and Rogers attacks the Nazis under the pseudonym Captain America. During an attack with an experimental weapon, however, the Captain is frozen by his nemesis Red Skull and only thaws in 1990. Unfortunately, Red Skull also turns out to be alive and even wants to kidnap the president of the United States.

Starts off reasonably well, but after the first half hour Captain's suit hangs in the closet more than it is worn and the finale is extremely superhero-unworthy. Far too small-scale, and it turns out that Yugoslavia is considered a bad place for other countries and Italy in particular.

Nice and entertaining action/superhero pulp movie from the 90s, the story is fine and the cast is doing well for their part. Definitely a great snack if you're tired of those bigger than great Marvel movies
