New York, 1929. When Fat Sam (Cassisi) is checkmated by Dandy Dan's (Lev's) rival gang, he seeks revenge. He traps the bright Bugsy Malone (Baio) as a driver and accomplice. A gangster movie in which all gangsters are children. For example, whipped cream comes out of their guns instead of bullets and they drive cars that look very real, but are driven by pedals. .
