Pandora's Clock plot

Flight 66 from Frankfurt to New York turns into a nightmare when one of the passengers turns out to be infected with the highly contagious Doomsday virus. While 246 passengers could become infected at any moment high in the sky, authorities on Earth make the decision to blow up the entire plane.
