Soulm8te plot

Fun movie, but clearly copied from a few recent films, like TIM, M3GAN, Ex-Machina, or Companion and a few others... things definitely move faster with the bot here, but there is an original kill that you won't see in another movie anytime soon 
Lily Sullivan is quite a hottie too.

Nothing new under the sun. The film continues the trend from other films, as indicated by others here. However, certain scenes are a bit more brutal. Still enjoyed it. Definitely worth watching.

A decent thriller with some horror elements. The story isn't very original and is familiar from similar predecessors. The execution isn't surprising, but it is nice and solid. The film is easy to watch, and after a good build-up, the tension is slowly built up. It follows familiar paths and everything is pleasantly predictable. However, the film isn't boring. The finale could have been a bit stronger. The acting is otherwise adequate, and visually there is little to criticize. All in all, nothing special, but a fine diversion. 3.0/3.5
