Rutger, Thomas, and their dog Paco find themselves in another crazy adventure when Paco suddenly transforms into a cat. It soon becomes clear that this is no coincidence, but that someone wants to turn all dogs into cats. While dog owners panic, Rutger and Thomas must unravel the mystery behind these transformations. In a race against time filled with disguises, humor, and chaos, Rutger and Thomas pull out all the stops to save Paco and the other dogs from the curse.
