By day, Jung-Hoon is a hard-working police officer, and by night, he spies on his beautiful neighbor Jin-A. Jung-Hoon's life outside of work revolves around this lady. He eavesdrops on her and keeps an eye on her when he's not working. One night, Jung-Hoon witnesses a horrific event. Jin-A is strangled to death by her former lover. Jung-Hoon becomes paralyzed and is unable to call the police because of his own illegal recordings. He soon finds himself in trouble.
