Betty Boop's Life Guard plot

Betty Boop is on the beach getting ready to go into the water with her rubber horse. Fearless Fred is acting as lifeguard. He warns her not to go too far into the water, because she can't swim. Betty has some fun in the water, but then the rubber horse deflates. She is stuck in the sea. Fred has to save her.
