Klondike plot
"Romance on the frozen plain. The story of a great shadow in the land of the midnight sun."
Dr. Robert Armstrong is acquitted by the court after a patient died following an experimental operation. However, the public is not yet convinced of his innocence. To distract himself, he boards his friend Donald Evans' plane for a long-distance flight. But above Alaska they get into trouble and the plane has to make an emergency landing. Only Robert survives thanks to the good care of the residents, including the beautiful Klondike, who is engaged to the sick Jim Armstrong.
