Multimillionaire Bryan Johnson has dedicated his life to defying aging. This documentary delves into the controversial wellness practices he uses to stay youthful and vibrant, and the effect this journey has on himself and those around him. Not a very interesting documentary. Someone with a lot of money who tries to extend his life with 120 pills a day, and all unproven therapies.

But if that makes him happy, then he should definitely do it.

I certainly don't dream of staying here for more than 100 years...

Quite a good documentary about an ultimately strange guy. That is my final conclusion of this film. This man is simply not feeling well. No one in the film talks about it. In addition, he does not necessarily look healthy. Again, something that no one points out. In the end, he also has no friends or girlfriend and he takes 120 supplements a day. In the end, it remains to be seen how old this guy will become, but having friends and drinking a beer and eating a hamburger with them is also healthy. That is not taken into account in his plan.

Bryan Johnson, born in 1977, became fabulously wealthy when he sold the e-commerce companies Braintree and Venmo to PayPal for $800 million in 2013. Scientific research has shown that the aging process in mice can be slowed down. Johnson is already using himself as a guinea pig and has established a rigid daily routine in which he seizes every opportunity to combat aging. Johnson speaks about his history, and one cannot help but admire his incredible discipline (and his physical fitness). Smith wisely also gives a voice to critics who criticize Johnson's methodology and question his motives.
