A reasonably strong sci-fi drama. The story is quite original. Despite the very limited setting, the execution is quite successful. The film is occasionally dull, but the human touch is surprising. For example, the spaceship's design isn't dull and sterile, and the robot has human traits, including a cynical sense of humor, making the film a refreshing blend of sci-fi, dark humor, and romance. Towards the end, there are a few interesting plot twists, leading to an emotional finale. The acting is very strong, and Kravchuk carries the film well on his own. Visually, considering the limited budget, it's also quite successful. It takes some perseverance at times, but overall, a beautiful film. 3.5/4.0
