The Turnaround plot

Jon McCann is a proud Philadelphian who struggles with his mental health. Known as the Philly Captain on his YouTube channel, he talks incessantly about his beloved baseball team, the Philadelphia Phillies. When Trea Turner, the big new recruit, spirals downward in 2023 despite sky-high expectations, the notorious fans turn on him and boo their own player. In this documentary, we see Jon come up with an opposite impulse: not to cheer, but to give Trea a standing ovation. The act changes the Phillies and the city that followed forever.
