That's My Pup! plot
Spike explains to his son the rules of being a dog: 1: being man's best friend (begging, lying at his feet); 2: bury bones; 3: chasing cats. Just then Tom (and Jerry) come along, the perfect training object. Spike tells Tom that he should be afraid of the puppy. Jerry hears this and quickly does his best dog impersonation, while Tom devises various strategies to neutralize Tyke.
