Road Wars: Max Fury plot

While transporting supplies in a post-apocalyptic wasteland, two drivers are injured. They are stranded and have medicine in their possession intended for the mother of two sisters. They decide to translate their fortress, armed only with a muscle car and limited ammunition. The sisters race against time and ruthless looters to obtain life-saving supplies from a remote outpost.
