Abenteuer in Wien plot

When his train stops at a station on the way to Vienna, the American John Milton quickly sends a telegram. On New Year's Eve, housekeeper Anna Fraser is already waiting for his message at the telegraph office in Vienna and rushes back to her master's house - the home of concert pianist Claude Manelli and his wife Karin. Here she is met by Manelli's manager Krüger, who orders her to find his tuxedo shoes while he steals the telegram from her handbag and rushes to Manelli's house.
