Hack Your Health: The Secrets of Your Gut plot
Food provides the human body with nutrients that are converted into energy. The limbs can thus move and the mind is also driven. Along with sleeping and breathing, eating is the most important thing people do every day. But why isn't eating as easy as breathing and sleeping? Instead, it is a minefield of fear, myths and expectations. This documentary delves into the digestive system and shows the role a healthy gut plays in overall human well-being.

Not the best documentary. Nothing new is said at all and it all remains rather vague. It has been known for some time that the intestines are more important than previously thought. And everyone knows that eating fiber is healthy. But people did not have the courage to simply say which foods are bad to very bad, that has been known for a long time, but nothing was said about it.... lame

Scientist Giulia Enders conducted an extensive study into the influence of the gut on our physical and mental health. Four people with problematic relationships with food have their stool examined to see if, by changing their eating habits, they can produce microbes in their gut to be able to eat “normally.” An underexposed subject whose relevance is undermined by an ill-advised, flippant approach, in which the participants are sometimes condemned to clumsy attempts at comedy.
