How far would you go to escape an untenable, hopeless situation? Hassan, a security guard from Egypt, lives in poverty with his mother and dreams of a better life abroad. With his options for relocation limited, he decides to pretend to be visually impaired and joins the visually impaired football team that will play in the World Cup in Poland. However, he does not realize how widespread his audacious lie is.
