Egghead Rides Again plot

City resident Egghead dreams of becoming a cowboy, but his bumbling gets him kicked out of his boarding house. He sees an advertisement for a ranch looking for a cowboy and signs up. His test consists of a marksmanship test and the use of a branding iron, but also of chasing and catching a difficult calf with a lasso.
