Aloha Heart plot
Manu loves his homeland of Hawaii. He has a heart for conservation and knows full well that his family's hotel needs to make major changes to the way it operates. His family resists his expensive proposals, wanting to remain competitive with the larger hotels on the islands. Sara Hamilton is the best friend and bridesmaid at her friend's wedding, held at Manu's hotel. She has struggled to gain a foothold in the world of environmental protection and is beginning to lose hope that she will be able to pursue what matters most to her. When Sara and Manu meet, she has all sorts of suggestions to make the hotel more sustainable, but Manu's overzealous approach goes against the grain.
