Crossword Mysteries: Proposing Murder plot
Tess, a crossword editor for a newspaper, meets Lyle, a friend from college, and discovers that he has fallen in love. One thing he and his girlfriend Abby have in common is their love of crossword puzzles and he asks Tess to hide his marriage proposal in an upcoming puzzle. Unfortunately, his romantic gesture falls apart. When Tess arrives for brunch, she finds Lyle stabbed on the floor of his apartment. Detective Logan gets the case and he is amazed that there is a connection to Tess. Can she help Logan find out what happened to her boyfriend?
