The Six Million Dollar Man plot
Astronaut and test pilot Steve Austin is seriously injured when he crashes while testing an experimental aircraft. The secret government agency OSI is willing to pay for special prosthetics to replace the eye, arm and both legs that he lost in the accident. The highly advanced technology built into it will make Steve faster, stronger and better than usual. In return, they want him to become a secret agent for OSI. Steve, with six million dollars invested to rebuild it, reluctantly accepts an assignment to rescue a hostage in Saudi Arabia.

Nice film about a test pilot who is injured, but is operated on with machine parts. This TV movie acted as a pilot for the popular TV series of the same name. Clearly dated and the pace is not exactly high, but that's part of the charm. Also nice how serious everything is taken.
