"You can't hide when you're in plain sight."
Troubled teen Noah steals a secret device from some of the town's thugs and nearly gets caught. He narrowly escapes by hiding out at a summer camp run by the eccentric Falco and chaperones Jake and Selena. While Noah tries to mingle with the rest of the rowdy campers, the bad guys show up to steal the secret item, which is now in Noah's possession.
