Quite fun - in the first hour or so, because after that it goes off track with the story structure and the fun is a bit off. Too bad, because until that moment it was an original and exciting story. After that twist, I didn't really care how it ended. Still pleasantly creepy in the design and appearance, with the one-eyed Sirikul at the front.

I agree with you that the narrative structure undermines 'Home For Rent' (2023) if at a certain point you think it is building towards an ending. And then there are two more acts from different perspectives. But what good is that if the mystery has now been unraveled? By the way, decent CGI and a wonderfully dazzling witch role by Ratree as the ultimate evil.
