"Crime is an art form."
Art dealer Patrice teams up with deadly assassin Reggie and his boss Gordon on a money laundering heist that takes on a life of its own. While committing the crime, the assassin's art is noticed and he turns into an art sensation. This puts Patrice in the crosshairs and must make quick decisions as she faces her own world and the seedy underworld she accidentally unleashed.

Reasonable film about an art dealer with money problems who makes a deal with a criminal. A film about the elusiveness of art, although that remains quite superficial (the whole thing reminded me a bit of Velvet Buzzsaw). The film focuses more on the plot. A little more sharpness and humor, and it would have been 3.5 stars.

A gallery owner [Uma Thurman] in dire straits pays off her debt to drug dealer Reggie [Joe Manganiello] by making a deal with his boss [Samuel L. Jackson]. She uses her gallery for money laundering by selling Reggie's "artwork." Her enthusiasm makes Reggie, under the pseudonym "The Bagman," an unintended media sensation, with all the consequences.
