Who is called to the rescue when a mysterious super-villain covers the jungle with pink foam that explodes on contact with water? The Jungle Gang! With less than a month to go before the rainy season, the race against time has begun. From the North Pole to the Far East, through mountains, deserts and oceans, our heroes will have to travel the world in search of an antidote, far from their favorite jungle.

Ahh, I really needed a movie like this. After a busy week, just something light to change your mind.
A great fun film with wonderfully dry humor and situations, and many references and winks to film classics (eg T2) so that it is also fun for adults (or perhaps: especially for adults). Laughed out loud several times.
Funny moments, exciting moments, touching moments, some plot twists, fun and varied music, everything passed by. Beautiful animations and models with a lot of detail that are not inferior to an average Pixar or Dreamworks production.
Saw part 1 last week but I found it too rambling and more difficult to follow. Part 2 had a logical story and was easy to follow (although that can of course also be due to the small screen vs. large cinema screen).
Will this movie win Oscars? Of course not. But it's been a while since I've had so much fun with a movie. Hence my score.
Both parts incidentally seen in the original French version; no idea how the NL dubbed version is.

I missed the first part, but part 2 was in the library. Nevertheless, the film was easy to follow. There was also enough to do, in short, the film was certainly not boring. For the rest, the film still looked good. A family film for young and old.
