"When zombies flooded the town, a bright light shined into my dark life!"
Akira Tendo works at an exploitative company where he is harassed endlessly by his boss. Waking up, Akira finds his city destroyed and overrun by zombies and suddenly feels thrilled at the prospect of not having to go to the office again. Akira realizes he'd rather be eaten by zombies if he can't do what he wants and makes a bucket list of a hundred things he wants to do before becoming a zombie. What will become of him as he happily lives his life in the midst of a zombie apocalypse?

I liked the idea of the zombie movie. You can go in any direction with zombies. Excellent for some horror, but you can go more comedic with it than any other creature. I hoped to get a film genre Zombieland (Film, 2009), but that turned out to be a big illusion. In Zombieland, the idiot of the gang makes a list of do's and don'ts to survive. Here our Japanese friend makes a bucket list before he dies.
Nice start, that's for sure, but after half an hour it falls apart like a pudding. And if things couldn't get any worse, we still have to deal with a zombie shark that literally grows legs. Our friend suddenly thinks he is a superhero with the same suit and it no longer becomes funny, but rather ridiculous.
To end on a positive note: the zombies actually looked fine! The metamorphosis was accompanied by some cracking and squeaking, but otherwise OK. However, not always consistently, their lethargy and/or speed was not always clear.
