I can only agree that Azabal once again delivers a magnificent performance. I got to know the actress through the films of Touzani (Le Bleu du Caftan (Film, 2022) and Adam (Film, 2019)). An unknown actress, but a true phenomenon.

A particularly strong film that nevertheless left a certain impression on me. An authentic portrait of how things are going could be at a Brussels school with diverse cultures and religious communities, in this case the Muslim community. The impact of the parents remains limited here, but it is mainly the young people who express their opinions and feelings.

Difficult atmosphere to keep the whole thing under control. You feel the tension and escalation growing. Well portrayed. Serene, but resolute without going into overdrive. Great acting too. I would rather see Heldenbergh with a more meaningful acting talent, but Azabal rightly sucks all the attention to himself.

Highly recommended and in the same vein as Die Welle (Film, 2008), Entre les Murs (Film, 2008), Das Lehrerzimmer (Film, 2023)

Phew, walked out of the cinema yesterday after half an hour.... I won't give it a score because it is undoubtedly well acted and directed but this is not for me. All hate, screaming, bullying, fighting and even worse from what I heard from my girlfriend, who did stay and thought it was a great film.
