The Channel plot
A desperate criminal is after a bank with his unhinged brother. Although they receive support from a motley crew of ex-Marines, the heist fails. The brothers must then make it out of New Orleans while being pursued by determined FBI agent Frank Ross.

B movie with a simple story, but not that bad. The acting may not be great, but it's okay. Plenty of action and I wasn't bored. The last 5 minutes were weak, therefore not sufficient.

Nice action movie. The story doesn't mean much. The execution is quite well done, especially for a B-movie. The momentum is good from the start. The film is quite exciting and the action scenes are reminiscent of Heat and The Town. Obviously of a lower standard, but certainly not bad. The shoot outs sound great from the speakers and are well depicted. The acting is otherwise fine with a strong Martini. Great B movie. 3.5.
