The Boy Who Sees Upside Down plot

13-year-old Mahendra Ahirwar from India has a rare muscle disorder that causes his head to hang limply at his sides. This causes the boy to see the world upside down and unable to stand or walk. His parents are close to despair, until an orthopedic surgeon comes up with a plan for a major operation.
