"Joint lottery area."
A sergeant of the South Korean army one day finds a lottery ticket near the demilitarized zone (DMZ) between North and South Korea. Later that day it turns out that the main prize has fallen on this lot. Due to carelessness, however, the sergeant loses the lottery ticket. Carried by the wind, it ends up on the other side of the DMZ. There it is found by a North Korean soldier…
