Nice film about a hard-working TV producer who returns to the small town where she grew up. Not exactly the most original story, but the relationships between the characters are well developed. A great cast with a good role by Alison Brie. Airy, but a bit more towards drama than comedy. Easily 3.0 stars.

Amusing romcom about a TV presenter who wants to catch her breath with her mother after a bad news report. There she discovers that her former boyfriend, whom she suddenly left ten years ago, is about to get married. Her presence and hassle causes the necessary complications. A naughty comedy that looks good. This is Alison Brie all over.

Actually quite an interesting film. A lady who delves back into her past and encounters a former boyfriend who is about to get married - and the question arises whether she will grant him his happiness in that new relationship, or whether she will throw him back into a continuation of what between them two already didn't work so well. In my personal circle of acquaintances it would be clear in advance how that would end, but the film keeps it fairly civil. A kind of Hollywood sauce about reality perhaps, who knows - I only have my own experience to back that up.

Brie, Ellis and Clemens portray their leading roles in a solid but fairly understated manner. And contrary to what is being hyped up in the thread above, I have seen very little nudity, and in terms of LGBTI content the film also scores well below average - which means that I have not actually noticed anything in that direction at all. . Perhaps it was as brief a moment as that sprint across the golf course where apparently all the nudity hype is over.
