Young lawyer Tara Bhalla has just won her first case when her father, Harish, informs her that her mother, Gayatri, has passed away. Tara's parents lived happily in Chandigarh, until Gayatri had a heart attack. Tara and her three brothers go to the funeral, which is arranged by their traditional father. Various quarrels arise for various reasons. However, they all have no choice: for a few days they will have to live together under one roof.
