Belgium Strikes Back plot

An extreme right-wing splinter group kidnaps the popular Flemish weatherwoman Sabine Hagedoren. Because they think rain is typically Flemish, they want to force her to let it rain always and everywhere. Fortunately, powerhouse Jean-Claude van Damme enters the scene.
