Using amateur footage (often of questionable quality), this documentary outlines how the rise of The Strokes revitalized the music scene and how and why the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001, accelerated its revival. The Yeah Yeah Yeahs and LCD Sound System, among others, are featured extensively. This is a treat for fans who find it easier to see some connection in the film.
