Milan, 1945. In the middle of the Second World War, the city lies in ruins. In the chaos of war, Isola has become the king of the black market. Survival is his only goal. With his men, Isola intercepts a coded message and discovers that Benito Mussolini has hidden his immense treasure in Milan while he waits to escape to Switzerland and thus escape the gallows. Unable to pass up the opportunity of a lifetime, the most ambitious heist in history, Isola decides to form a group of mischievous characters to steal the legendary treasure.

Friendly. It is a typical heist: smooth, including short animations, a crew with chemistry and the necessary humor, only in the setting of Mussolini's Italy. That setting makes it a bit more dramatic than the average heist, but again not much. It's not very uplifting in the end, but the film doesn't have many pretensions and does what it's supposed to do: entertain. 3*.
