Roscoe, a seedy motel maintenance man, is trapped in life, trapped in the depths of his body, trapped in a crappy apartment with his girlfriend Samantha and buddy Jared. He needs fresh air and goes outside. On the way he meets Benny, who wants to get off the butt. Soon they come across sex worker Henrietta with her shiny metal box full of hallucinogenic worms. Together they subsequently undergo an odyssey of sex and violence.
