Australian thriller filmed in a rather special way. An incompletely told story that contained a number of elements that were only mentioned but not elaborated. It's pretty clear that the gardener was talking about the murdered tenant. The mysterious figure, the murderer, had of course mistaken the tenant for Nicholas. Poor acting and some very unlikely events. In short: a mess.
