Maniac Tales plot

Juan is a Mexican illegal immigrant in New York who is offered a job as a doorman in an old building. It turns out that the screenwriter of 'Maniac Tales', a very popular television series, lives in the building. However, the writer has disappeared with the script of the last episode of the season. A reward will be offered for whoever can find the script. Juan decides to investigate and find the writing. When he arrives at the screenwriter's apartment, Juan discovers that the television series is hiding creepy secrets related to the building.
