By exposing incidents with Trump and Weinstein, it quickly becomes clear that it is not just about these bastards, but the film provides insight into the failure of the system. How many Weinsteins are there? There may be a few in every company. Journalists Megan Twohey and Jodi Kantor did a great job of investigating and have created enormous awareness. A film with a lot of emotion that really touched me.

Historically an important film. The publication of the New York Times in the fall of 2017 about the sexual misconduct of Hollywood hotshot Harvey Weinstein caused the breakthrough of the #MeToo movement at the time. A quiet film about an explosive subject, aided by the solid acting of Zoe Kazan and Carey Mulligan as the investigative journalists.

The film involuntarily reminded me of Bombshell by Jay Roach about the demise of Fox News star Roger Ailes in 2016.
