In a world that has fallen apart, everyone hopes to be part of the community in a tower block. However, unrest grows among the residents when the caretaker's dog disappears without a trace. The security officer Anna sets out to investigate. Meanwhile, her daughter Iris locks herself in the bathroom out of guilt and some residents ask for stricter security measures. Anna increasingly fears that they will have to leave their safe haven.
