Kafka, Kiffer und Chaoten plot

During the summer, five university students are assigned to write an essay about 'The Country Doctor' by the German-language writer Franz Kafka. At first they are hesitant, but then they come up with the idea to film their story. The filming will take place at a campsite in Sicily, a holiday they have booked for the summer holidays long ago. A few unique men from Vienna are responsible for the technical equipment. To everyone's surprise, they actually manage to get Kafka himself to play a supporting role in the film.
