"Hero or menace? You decide ..."
Criminal Milo shows compassion after he kills Castor's parents and lets the boy live. Once an adult, Castor is homeless, drinking heavily and stealing from people in fabulous London. By chance, Castor is reunited with Milo, who is now a successful drug trafficker. He offers Castor some stability if he gives him a chance to close a small drug deal. After screwing up his job, Milo sends Castor to his friend Jean-Baptiste Philippe, a mob boss. Castor soon has to make a choice between the violent, empty life of a criminal or pursuing his lifelong dream of having a family of his own.

A very special gangster film;
The protagonist looks like a 12-year-old smoking his first cigarette.
He acts like a 12 year old and probably has the mind of a 12 year old too.
The film constantly jumps from a serious undertone to the silly.
Totally unbelievable as a whole but incredibly entertaining because of the cast and the film music.
With a starring role for Steve Guttenberg, who is both menacing and hilarious as a mafia boss.
The relatively unknown lead actor Alex Mills also did very well.
I enjoyed the movie.
