An actress is attacked outside a trendy bar in West Berlin. A young man bursts into her house, steals her handbag and runs off into the night. Shortly afterwards they meet again, Anna and Adrian. This time she is his teacher and she has to help him improve his speaking skills. Adrian is an orphan and is considered a “hard case”. Anna is an actress, but hasn't worked for a while.
