The Invocation of Enver Simaku plot

Albania, 1997. Julien and his wife Angela make a television documentary when a riot breaks out in the street. Angela dies in a sudden and traumatic way. For the next few years, the ghostly video footage continues to haunt Julien. After almost two decades, he decides to go back to Albania to investigate the murder of his wife. In doing so, he uses a sea of impossible recordings, police files and visions of the afterlife.
